Packaging: we individually prepare each of our pieces that will go inside a beautiful packaging designed in cardboard from nearby suppliers, accompanied by a card with our brand.

 

Online Store Conditions. Payments, shipments and returns.

  1. PURCHASE INSTRUCTIONS:

1.1 Directly from the web:

Next to each product you will find the button "Add to cart" . By pressing this button the selected product is added to the cart.

Shipping costs depend on the destination address. For this reason, the initial costs are estimated, once you select the type of shipment and destination, the real cost is shown. All our products already have VAT included.

Once you have finished adding products, you can proceed to pay the order by pressing the "Confirm" button. From there you must follow the instructions indicated (identification of your data, delivery address, payment method ...) Check the data that you have included for shipping because that will be the address to which we send your order.

  1. Send conditions:

2.1 Preparation of the order.

From Monday to Friday, if the order is placed before 4:00 p.m. (Spanish mainland time) from Monday to Friday, your order will go out the next day. If the purchase is made at a later time, it will leave on the next business day. No shipments are made on Saturdays or at local festivals in Granada (January 2, May 3 and Corpus Thursday) due to lack of service from transport companies.

2.2 Forms of Transportation .

Once prepared, it is sent by postal service of the Post Office.



For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla . Shipments will be made via Post in the form of a letter or certified package with a delivery period of 48/72h. This type of shipments may suffer some delay for Customs reasons for which we are not responsible. Due to customs obligations, you must provide us with your NIF in order to make the shipment.

For shipments to the rest of the European Community . Shipments will be made by Correos Internacional according to the option chosen with a transit time of approximately 10 days.



For the rest of the world . Shipments will be made with Correos Internacional with a delay of 2 weeks, depending on the destination.

2.3 Forms of Delivery

Shipments made by both Correos Express and Correos will be delivered to your home , the recipient receiving an SMS message on the mobile phone of the delivery time slot. Carriers will make 2 delivery attempts, after which the incident will be notified, they must pick up the order at the nearest office of the carrier. In case of not picking it up, it will be understood that the order has been canceled as explained in the point "Orders that have already been sent" and that is detailed in point 5. CANCELLATION POLICY of this document.

If you choose the option collected at the Correos office, you can pick it up 48 hours after being sent at the closest Post office during its opening hours, which you can consult at www.correos.es and the location of the closest office at next Locator:Post Office Locator .

No deliveries will be made to PO boxes due to the policy of transport agencies.

  1. SHIPPING COSTS:

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping information. For this reason, in case the order cannot be delivered by mistake to the address, the customer must pay the additional shipping cost to the correct address. If you do not agree, it will be understood that the order has been canceled as explained in the point "Orders that have already been sent" and that is detailed in point 5. CANCELLATION POLICY of this document.

  1. RETURN POLICY:

All our products pass a quality control and we guarantee that they leave our facilities in perfect condition and carefully packaged. For this reason, BENALUA JEWELRY offers a guarantee on the items and will exchange all those items that are defective, in which case it must indicate this to the carrier on the delivery note. The customer will receive a refund of the price of the product and will not have to bear the shipping costs.

If for any other reason the customer is not satisfied with the item purchased, he/she may return the product, provided it is kept in its original packaging in perfect condition, within a maximum period of 7 calendar days after the date of receipt of your order. The customer will receive a refund of the product price and will have to bear the shipping costs.

We never accept the return of products that have been used or are not in perfect condition.

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you have made a purchase, you can cancel it at any time with the following conditions:

Orders that have not yet been shipped:

If the order has not been shipped, you can request its total cancellation. We will fully refund the amount of your order except a 5% surcharge for management costs.

Orders that have already been shipped:

If you want to cancel your order, even if it has already been sent, you can request a return as long as you have not received it. We will refund the amount of the products, but the shipping costs will be discounted both to and from our facilities, even if the initial order did not include shipping costs. In addition, a 10% surcharge will be applied to the total initial order for management expenses.

  1. PAYMENT METHODS:

The payment of the price of the purchased goods and the shipping costs, can be made through the following ways:

Paypal secure payment system, with which you can pay for your purchases from your bank account or credit card.

Bank transfer , in our favor. You must make the transfer within a maximum period of 5 business days from when you placed the order (if you have not received confirmation of the transfer after this period, the order will be canceled). The bank account details appear on the same website, during the purchase process.
